How an order works
Seven steps, clearly defined — so you know at every point where your order stands.
Enquiry
You send us the 3D model and drawing with material, quantity and requirements — via the contact form or by email.
Review and quotation
We check feasibility and documents, clarify open questions and send you a quotation with price and estimated delivery week.
Order and order confirmation
You place the order and we confirm it in writing. The contract is only concluded with this order confirmation.
Release
Production starts after your release. For series we can first produce samples for you to inspect and approve.
Material and production
We procure the material, program and manufacture — turning, milling, grinding and, if required, post-processing via our partners.
Inspection
The parts are measured and inspected. We supply 3.1 material certificates on request.
Delivery
Shipping by parcel service or freight forwarder, or you collect in Syke. The invoice is due 30 days after the invoice date unless agreed otherwise.
