Then you calculate with your own cost rates, material surcharges and coating suppliers — and write quotes for your own customers. What you calculate is seen by nobody but you.

Nemero grew out of our own costing, not out of a textbook. Every assumption in it first had to prove itself in our own workshop.
Derived from features, not a rough guess
Your part is measured: volume, surfaces, holes, pockets, slots. The machining time is derived from these — based on real orders.
No price without review
Orders are confirmed by a person, not a machine. If a price is not right, you receive a corrected quote — in either direction.
